At KLEVY Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

Exchanges: We do offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please place an exchange order and return the original item.

Promotional & Discounted Items: Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Discount Codes: To remain eligible for a refund, do not use a discount code during checkout. Orders placed with a discount code are considered final sale.

Return Conditions: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Hygiene Consideration: Returns requested after the 14 days will not be accepted.

Parcel Return Due to Non-Pickup: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up, we will issue store credit for the product's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Be sure to get in touch with us immediately at support@klevyofficial.com.
