Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement

Arbitration replaces the right to a trial by judge or jury. The arbitrator will issue a written decision, including findings of fact and law. Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs associated with arbitration.

You agree to bring Claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator cannot preside over class or representative proceedings. Disputes over the enforceability of this waiver will be resolved by a court, not an arbitrator.
